Hi, I’m Devon Fox. If you’re here, you’re probably going through one of the hardest seasons of your life. Separation, divorce, parenting disagreements, or family conflict can feel like a relentless storm — overwhelming, exhausting, and sometimes hopeless. I want you to know something important: Peace is still possible. You don’t have to walk through this alone, and it doesn’t have to end in more pain than necessary.

For over 12 years I’ve had the privilege of serving families right here in Highlands County through ministry and caring for people in some of their darkest moments. I’ve sat with hurting parents, frustrated children and helped families rebuild broken relationships walking alongside couples trying to figure out what comes next. That real-life experience showed me how much unnecessary heartache happens when communication breaks down — and how much healing is possible when someone helps everyone feel heard, respected, and safe.

That’s why I went back to school and earned my Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution with a specialization in Mediation from Colorado State University. I wanted to bring professional, proven tools into the work I was already doing — tools that help families find fair, lasting agreements without the devastation (and expense) of prolonged court battles.
